Training

An important step in the implementation of software is the training of the Licensee's employees. Most Licensees expect some form of "free training" as part of the licence agreement for large software packages. After the initial training period, new employees of the Licensees are usually trained "in-house".

Often, the most efficient way of training employees is to use the training staff and/or facilities of the Licensor. Such supplemental training is usually performed on a "fee for service" basis plus disbursements relating to the transportation and accommodation of the instructors.

Licensor will provide training to six employees of the licensee within 30 days of the Installation of the computer program. The licensee shall provide the training facilities.

Subsequent training is available from the licensor at a cost of $300.00 per day per individual to a minimum class size of five. Licensor shall pay the reasonable out-of-pocket transportation and accommodation costs of the Instructor provided by the Licensor.
