The Thai Patent Right for Invention and Product Design, does not deal specifically with computer software.

It is believed that if a computer program forms an integral part of a manufacturing process, then the process in its totality, including the relevant computer program is patentable. (1)


Regulations

There are no regulations that deal specifically with the patentability of software.

There is no case law that deals specifically with the patentability of software.
