Survival of Obligations

Even if the Licence Agreement is terminated, the parties may want the other to continue to abide by certain obligations in the Agreement such as confidentiality, warranty as to title or entitlement to licence and liability questions such as indemnification and limitations on liability.

Upon the Termination of this Agreement, the Licensor's and Licensee's respective obligations shall continue under:

s. * (warranty of title or entitlement to licence)

s. * (confidentiality);

s. * (limitation on liability).
