Notification by one party to another should be in writing and sent to an address set out in the Agreement by a prescribed method of communication. Otherwise, it is difficult to assure that the information was communicated on the date in question.

All notices under this Agreement shall be communicated in writing to the following representatives of the Licensor and Licensee.

Written communication shall be sent either by facsimile or by ordinary mail, which mail shall be deemed to have been received within five days of the date of sending.
