Inter Access

Inter Access is about Creativity & Communications

What is our philosophy?

How we do things is as important as what we do.

Format is as important as content.

Intention is as important as outcome.

Love is as important as wisdom.

We need clear intentions

My intention is to help people to communicate better and more creatively; with each other and with themselves, as individuals and as organizations.

What is my specific expertise?

1. Creative Communications

If you want to communicate your heart and mind and spirit, you need to work with someone for whom communications is an art form. The good news is that in the hands of such a knowledge artist, words and images can communicate absolutely anything imaginable.

Saying who you are and what you do is not difficult. What is challenging is helping people to understand, for themselves, how you can help them satisfy their needs. As an experienced and skillful knowledge artist, I can build a bridge of understanding between your organization and the people who will benefit from your services.

What kinds of work benefit from this approach?

Any business communications, on-line or on paper.

Your World Wide Web site, including design, text and graphics.

2. Communicating Creativity

"Creativity is the philosopher's stone, the lost elixir, the spine-tingling magician's spell that turns the ordinary circumstances of everyday life into the adventurous pursuit of our heart's desire. We are like beggars asking for handouts in front of our own luxurious mansion. We lost the key to the gate behind us so long ago that we have forgotten our heritage and our true relationship with Life. The key to the gate is our natural creative abilities. Our true relationship with Life is to be, each of us, a unique distribution point for grace, abundance, and understanding."

A graphic artist, writer and information designer for many years, I have been researching creativity intensely for five years. I have developed a striking new model for creative activity that combines the classic positive thinking approach of Norman Vincent Peal with scientific and data processing models. It turns out that these two approaches can be seen as two halves of a single comprehensive cycle that values data collection and formatting in early stages as well as inspiration and visualization when their turn comes. The key is to engage in appropriate kinds of activity for the particular stage in which we are working.

I field-tested and refined this model over the last several years by facilitating many workshops on creativity in Canada and the U.S.

I offer two kinds of Creativity Workshops

Creative problem-solving applied to specific problems/opportunities

Developing creativity in individuals and teams
